This was my family doctor from 1988 - 1992 and what a great doctor she was.

I used to be Michelle Jayne Blackburn, but I am now Michelle Jayne Lankamp and I presently live in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Thank you Dr, Allenby or Linda if you can remember me, I never got a real chance to thank you for all your support and kindnesses.

If anyone should have been a doctor and be praised for all the right reasons, it is you Dr. Allenby and thank you sincerely.
