"Operatives need glasses"

Took my car to be repaired and painted ,took longer than was told excuse was they were too busy ; the work was poorly executed wrong colour paint and very rude , would not return vehicle until full price paid for shoddy work… They were not the cheapest estimate. Nasty people.
