"Oh dear"

They came to see my broken washing machine and said they would call within a day with a quote. They didn't. I called them after 5 days, they said they didn't have a quote to hand but would call me back within half an hour. I never heard from them again. I wasted £40 on someone coming to look at my machine and then walking away :-(.
