"Amazing customer service"

I bought a pair of sandals which came apart after a couple of months. I contacted pulligers explaining the situation and was told to post them back as I don’t live in the area. I was assured that they would keep me informed of progress which they did. Sending the faulty sandals back to the manufacturer and ordering a new pair for me which were posted back. I was kept informed every step of the way.There was never any quibble over the fault and the whole situation was delt with in a very friendly and informative way. I will certainly visit pullingers again when in the area . A very happy and satisfied customer..
