"A fantastic exchange"

I visited your store today with my daughters coat. The zip had broken and unfortunately was not repairable. The coat was a year old, so understandably I was disappointed. I was served by Evie. She was amazing. The coat was exchanged for another and the rest of the money put on a gift card.

I would just like to say thank you to Evie, she was very kind and helpful.
